Silver Shadow

«Silver Shadow» was built in 2000 and, in 2011, was refurbished; its capacity is slightly higher than that of the first two liners of the company - «Silver Cloud» and «Silver Wind». At the same time, the «passenger/space» ratio on this ship is also higher. All of the ship’s suites have ocean views, and 80% offer a private veranda. Impressive is also the passenger/staff ratio - for every 13 guests there are 10 members of the service staff. By the way, the liner has been recognized as one of the most spacious cruise ships.

You won’t get bored onboard - the huge Athenian Show Lounge theater hosts wonderful concerts and theatrical performances, and during the day, specialists from various fields share insights about the countries and cities you visit during the cruise. All suites on «Silver Shadow» are cozy and comfortable, with marble-finished bathrooms and dressing areas; many also feature an additional (guest) restroom. For large groups and people who are accustomed to especially refined luxury, the company offers two-story suites - with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and two verandas. In all suites, fresh flowers, a bottle of champagne, and fresh fruits are waiting for you upon arrival; the mini-bars are stocked according to your preferences; you can choose from nine pillow types; personalized stationery is provided; toiletries from the Bvlgari brand and Frette towels are available.

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served on a flexible seating basis at tables, and if you wish, you can order meals to your room - for example, enjoy a wonderful hot dinner in a romantic setting on the balcony under the stars.

Next to the pool, there is a grill bar where, in the evening, guests can enjoy a kind of dinner - on hot volcanic stones, guests can cook their own grilled dishes from an endless variety of delicacies: veal, pork, lamb, salmon, shrimp, and more. If you’d like, your waiter can prepare a wonderful grill dinner for you.
