Cancellation Policy - Azamara Club Cruises

The booking is automatically canceled if the order is not confirmed by payment from the client.

If the cruise is paid, the cruise company Azamara Club Cruise applies the following conditions in the event of cancellation of the order at the initiative of the tourist:

In the event of a cancellation during the period when the insurance policy оформленный by the Client is valid, the Client must immediately notify the Company in writing of the occurrence of the insured event. All difference  between the amount covered by the insurance policy and the full penalty sanctions arising as a result of the cancellation,    must be paid by the Client.

If the Client cancels tours for the dates of Sales and Special Offers, as well as during the period of high demand (New Year, Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, May holidays and others designated by the Cruise Company), the cruise company Azamara Club Cruise applies the following cancellation rules:

If the Client is unable to use the booked services and cancels the cruise order, they have the right to replace the last names of the Tourists in the cruise order who agree to use the booked cruise instead of them. The Client is required to inform the company in writing about the cancellation with the possibility of replacing the last names no later than 30 days before the start of the cruise. The new Client must not have any difficulties with document processing (visas, air travel, hotel accommodation, etc.).

The new Client pays all expenses related to the replacement of the data when booking the cruise.

When replacing last names in the cruise order, the Cruise Company cancels the booking with the application of the corresponding penalty sanctions and confirms the new booking under the new last names at the rate that will be in effect at the time of the new booking.
