Extend Your Stay program / Extend Your Stay.
Celebrity Cruises always takes care of the maximum comfort of its guests. Recently, Celebrity Cruises introduced a new Extend Your Stay program, which in Russian means «Продли свое пребывание» (“Extend Your Stay”). The essence of the program is that for an additional fee you can extend your stay on the ship on the last day of the cruise, for example - leave your cabin later than the scheduled time and have the opportunity to use the services of the fitness center, restaurants, cafes, the pool, etc.
This program is available on Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Equinox, and Celebrity Silhouette ships during European cruises.

Dress code - Celebrity Cruises

The cruise company recommends having three types of clothing during your trip:
casual everyday wear for rest and sports activities;
clothing and shoes for excursions depending on the season and route features (sport and casual);
elegant clothing for evening visits to restaurants and evening events: shows, casinos, clubs, bars (smart casual "more strict" and formal "strict").
During formal evenings, cocktail dresses for women and suits with a tie or tuxedos for men are welcome (the latter can be rented on board for an additional fee).
During evening events, the cruise company does not welcome staying in beachwear: shorts, flip-flops and sneakers.

Cancellation policy - Celebrity Cruises

When booking a cruise online, no penalties arise, as the booking is considered a request!

The booking is automatically cancelled if the order is not confirmed by payment on the part of the client.

If the cruise is paid, the cruise company Celebrity Cruises applies the following conditions in the event of cancellation of the order at the tourist’s initiative, to cover the actual costs incurred:

If cancellations occur in cases that fall under the insurance policy оформленного by the Client to the Company, the Client must promptly notify Cruise House "MK"  of the occurrence of the insured event. Any difference between the amount covered by the insurance policy  and the full penalties arising as a result of the cancellation must be paid by the Client.

In the event of cancellation by the Client of cruises/tours for the dates of special sales and periods of high demand (New Year, Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, May holidays, and others designated by the Cruise Company) and for  special offers of the Cruise Company (promotions, sales, etc.), the cruise company Celebrity Cruises applies the following cancellation rules:

If the Client is unable to use the booked services and cancels the cruise order, they have the right to replace the surnames of the Tourists in the cruise booking with those of Tourists who agree to use the booked cruise instead. The Client is required to notify the Company in writing about the cancellation with the possibility of surname replacement, no later than 30 days before the start of the cruise. The new Client must not have any difficulties in processing documents (visas, flights, accommodation in hotels, etc.). The new Client pays all costs associated with replacing these details during the cruise booking.

When replacing surnames in the cruise order, the cruise company cancels the booking using the corresponding cancellation rules and confirms the new booking for the new surnames under the tariff that will be in effect at the time of the new booking.

Age restrictions - Celebrity Cruises

Age requirements of the cruise company Celebrity Cruises

Minor children (under 21 years): children under 21 years old are not allowed onboard without adult supervision. This age restriction does not apply to minor married couples (only upon presentation of a marriage certificate). 

Infants:
- to take a cruise, children must be at least 6 months old. For Transatlantic, Pacific,   Hawaiian cruises and cruises in South America, the child must be no younger than 12 months. In any   cruise whose itinerary includes 3 or more consecutive days at sea, children   over 12 months of age are allowed;
- all children (from 6 months to 18 years) must have their own personal foreign passports.
