Dress code - Regent Seven Seas

The cruise company recommends having three types of clothing during your journey:

• everyday clothing for relaxation and sports activities (casual);
• clothing and footwear for excursions depending on the season and route features (sport and casual);
• elegant clothing for evening visits to restaurants and evening events: shows, casinos, clubs, bars.

At night, in public places, the following are not allowed: jeans, T-shirts, shorts, sneakers, and bathrobes.

At official evenings, the company asks guests to be in elegant dresses or suits, cocktail dresses; men are requested to wear dark suits or tuxedos.

Cancellation policy - Regent Seven Seas

When booking a cruise online, no penalties arise, because the booking is treated as a request!

The booking is automatically cancelled if the order is not confirmed by payment from the Client.

If the cruise is paid, the cruise company Regent Seven Seas, in the event of cruise cancellation initiated by the Tourist, applies the following cancellation terms to cover its actual costs depending on the cruise start date:

In the event of a cruise cancellation in cases where the Client has arranged an insurance policy «for inability to travel», the Client must promptly inform the Company about the occurrence of the insured event. If the amount of compensation under the insurance policy does not cover the full cost of the actual expenses arising as a result of the Client’s cancellation, the entire difference between the amount covered by the insurance policy and the actual costs arising as a result of the cancellation must be reimbursed by the Client to the Company.

In the event of the Client cancelling tours for dates during a high-demand period (New Year, Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, May holidays and others designated by the Cruise Company) and under the Cruise Company’s special offers (promotions, sales, etc.), the Cruise Company Regent Seven Seas Cruises applies the following cancellation rules:

Changing the surname in a cruise booking. If the Client is unable to use the reserved services and cancels the cruise booking, they have the right to replace the surnames of the Tourists in the cruise booking with those of Tourists who agree to use the reserved cruise instead. The Client is required to notify the Company in writing about the cancellation with the possibility of changing surnames no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the start of the cruise. The new Client must have no difficulties with document processing (visas, air travel, hotel accommodation, etc.).

The new Client pays all costs related to the change of these details at the time of booking the cruise.

When changing surnames in a cruise booking, the Client­  pays $50 for each person as administrative costs. The new Client assumes full responsibility for the full payment of the tour cost and the missing funds under the contract for the cruise tour and signs a new agreement with the Company.

When changing surnames, the Cruise Company cancels the booking using the applicable cancellation rules and confirms the new booking under the new surnames according to the rate that will be in effect at the time of the new booking.

Age requirements by the cruise company Regent Seven Seas

Minor children (under 18 years old): all minor passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one parent or a companion aged over 18. If the companion is not a parent or legal guardian, they must present a written parental or guardian consent for the minor passenger’s accompaniment at boarding.
Infants:
- to take the cruise strictly at least 1 year old;
- all children (from 1 year to 18 years old) must have individual personal passports for international travel.
