About Disney Fantasy

Put into service in 2020. Considered the largest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. It is roughly twice the size of Magic and Wonder. It stands out for an interesting signature feature - the presence of an exciting water slide called AquaDuck, priced at 10 000 000 euros. This amazing entertainment element is located on the upper deck.

Dress code onboard

A noticeable advantage of Disney Cruise Line is the absence of strict dress code. A fairly flexible policy is in place regarding how passengers may dress during the long-awaited vacation. Only certain recommendations are provided that you should follow to feel as comfortable as possible.

For late breakfasts and early dinners, it’s recommended to dress in casual (everyday) attire. If you go to dinner at any restaurant other than Palo, jeans are perfectly acceptable, but it’s better not to wear a crop top, shorts, or other clothing more suitable for a trip to the pool.

For 3-4 days of travel, at least one evening event is planned, where passengers are recommended to choose a more formal dress style. For these evenings, men can wear a blazer, and women can wear cocktail dresses.

It’s great that nobody insists on following the dress code. If you simply don’t feel like wearing a blazer on a particular day, then don’t. Just enjoy the scenery, adventures, and new experiences.

Service fee

In this section, in simple terms, the subject is tips that are customary to leave to members of the service staff: waiters, the concierge, and so on. When choosing a cruise, you won’t have to focus on this at all. The service fee/tips are already included in the cost of the sea journey.

Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club - if you have ever been on a Disney Cruise, you are already a member of the loyalty program and have the status Silver. After completing 5 cruises, you are awarded the status Gold, and after 10 - Platinum. As a program participant, you receive exclusive service offers onboard, as well as services outside the cruise.

Cancellation terms - Disney Cruise Line

When booking a cruise online, no penalties apply, as the booking is considered a request!

The booking is automatically cancelled if the order is not confirmed by payment from the client.

If the cruise has been paid, the cruise company Disney Cruise Line applies the following terms when cancelling an order at the tourist’s request to cover the actual costs incurred depending on the remaining time until the start of the cruise:

In the event of cancellation resulting from cases covered by the insurance policy issued by the Client with the insurance company, the Client must promptly notify the Company of the occurrence of the insured event. Any difference between the amount covered by the insurance company and the full penalty charges arising as a result of the cancellation must be paid by the Client.

When the Client cancels tours for dates during the high-demand period (New Year, Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, May holidays, and others designated by the Cruise Company) and under the Cruise Company’s Special Offers (promotions, sales, etc.), the cruise company Disney Cruise Line applies the following cancellation rules:

If the Client is unable to use the booked services and cancels the cruise order, they have the right to replace the Tourists’ last names in the order with those of other Tourists who agree to use the booked cruise instead. The Client is required to inform the Company in writing about the cancellation with the option to replace last names no later than 30 days before the start of the cruise. The new Client must have no difficulties with paperwork (visas, airfare, accommodation in hotels, etc.).

The new Client pays all expenses related to the replacement of details when booking the cruise.

When the last names are replaced in the cruise order, the Cruise Company cancels the booking using the applicable cancellation rules and confirms the new booking under the new last names at the rate that will be in effect at the time of the new booking.

Age requirements from the cruise company Disney Cruise Line

Minor children (under 21 years): any passenger under 21 must be accompanied by parents/guardians or by an accompanying person over 21 who lives in the same or an adjacent stateroom and bears full responsibility for the minor passenger.

Infants:
- to take the cruise, children must be strictly at least 6 months old;
- for Transatlantic, Pacific, Hawaiian cruises and cruises to South America, the child must be 12 months or older;
- all children (from 6 months to 18 years) must have their own individual personal passports for foreign travel.
