Disney Dream - the third ship of the cruise company Disney Cruise Line. Like the first two vessels, Disney Dream was designed with the needs of the category of travelers the company focuses on first and foremost - families with children. It stands out for its stylish design and high level of comfort, combining modern technologies, perfectly thought-out amenities, and, of course, the magic of the world of Walt Disney.
This ship is significantly larger and more spacious than the first two liners from Disney - Disney Magic and Disney Wonder - and makes a much more vivid impression. When you step aboard, you’ll enter a luxurious, enormous lobby designed in an Art Deco style. The first to welcome you on board will be a large bronze Donald Duck. All around the ship you’ll also find another beloved character from Walt Disney - Mickey Mouse. Mickey is hidden everywhere - on tableware, curtains, staircases, and even in the cabins.
One of the main innovations on this ship is the huge AquaDuck water slide, 233 meters long. It’s a transparent acrylic tube that runs through all four decks! If you have the courage to keep your eyes open during the dizzying ride down, you can enjoy wonderful ocean views.
For the first time, the cruise company introduced video portholes in the interior cabins, which in real time display landscapes the ship passes by. This way, passengers staying in cabins without a balcony/window also get a great opportunity to enjoy the scenery without having to go on deck.
There are many restaurants on board, entertainment venues, special kids’ clubs, and, of course, a separate quiet area for their parents.
