• Royal Caribbean International (RCI)

  Royal Caribbean International (RCI) cruise line offers a special service program for customers who book a Suite-category stateroom. These guests will be provided with a unique, personalized service that takes into account all aspects of their stay onboard the ship.

  Traveling with this program ensures guests premium-class service. There are over 2000 Suite-class staterooms in the fleet of RCI, making the company the largest luxury operator in the hotel industry.

  This unique service program is created for guests who want to travel even more exclusively.

  Benefits of this service:

  1. Simplified check-in

  After arriving at the port, guests who have booked Presidential Family Suite, Royal Suite, Royal Family Suite, Owner’s Suite and Grand Suite category staterooms check in at separate counters and go directly to their rooms. Guests from Royal Suite and Presidential Family Suite are personally greeted onboard by the senior officer of the cruise terminal and escorted to their stateroom.

  After check-in, guests in Grand Suites and higher-category Suite staterooms receive a SeaPass gold card, which allows them to take advantage of special service.

  2. Additional conveniences

  Upon arrival in the stateroom, guests are greeted with a complimentary treat - water and fresh fruit. Guests are provided with slippers, luxurious spa robes, as well as Vitality bath products specially created for RCI - all of which set the tone for a relaxing journey. In the evenings, guests will find Ghirardelli chocolates waiting on the bed prepared for sleep. A special touch - guests can choose a pillow for sleeping from a special menu!

  On the first evening before dinner, guests will be offered a selection of cheeses; on the second or last evening before bedtime - sweet “petits fours.” If desired, at any time of day, tea or coffee is served in the cabin, and an added privilege - the option to place a free order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the stateroom, should guests wish to enjoy their meals in a cozy setting.

  The staff serving the Suites are always happy to help and carry out any request!

  3. VIP bookings

  Guests in Grand Suite and higher-category staterooms have a special privilege to be invited to a reception hosted by the ship’s captain. In addition, VIP seating is reserved for Suite guests at the theatre show onboard, priority booking is offered for visiting the spa, and for Suite guests on Voyager and Freedom class ships, VIP seating is reserved by the pools and at the ice shows. For clients who prefer to have breakfast and lunch at Windjammer Cafe, a separate dining area is reserved.

  4. Concierge Club

  On Radiance, Freedom, and Oasis class ships, Suite guests will receive personal keys to the Concierge Club, which will envelop guests in a relaxing atmosphere and offer business services (fax, printer), a large library of DVD and CD discs, a continental breakfast, and an evening cocktail before dinner. The club staff is always ready to fulfill any whim of the clients, to complete any task: for example, to book a restaurant, arrange wine for dinner, shore excursions, spa procedures, or organize a private event.

  5. Disembarkation

  At the end of the cruise, Suite guests leave the ship first; if they wish, luggage can be sent directly to the airport, while guests will still be able to enjoy a city walk.
  
  Junior Suite guests receive a silver SeaPass card, which also provides many additional services.

  In the stateroom: Vitality toiletries, terry towels, down comforters, 24-hour delivery of tea and coffee to the room. The Suite service staff is ready to fulfill all guests’ requests.

  In accordance with the program, the Suite stateroom interiors are refreshed: new sofas, elegant chairs and tables on the veranda, and systems with flat-screen TVs, DVD and CD players are installed.

• MSC Cruises (MSC)

  The MSC Cruises cruise company offers the opportunity to relax in luxurious MSC YACHT CLUB suites onboard the MSC SPLENDIDA 5*, MSC FANTASIA 5*, MSC DIVINA 5* and MSC PREZIOSA 5* cruise ships.

  MSC YACHT CLUB is a “cruise ship within a cruise ship”, located on the upper forward decks of MSC’s most luxurious ships of the Fantasia class. This innovative concept is an oasis for guests who need peace, privacy and exceptional privileges, but who would also like access to everything that the large cruise cruise ships offer. Access to the YACHT CLUB area is limited and is granted only with club membership cards.

A new, exceptionally comfortable mattress was created specifically for Princess cruise ships. Great sleep depends on all five senses, and Princess has taken care of this:
