Oasis of the Seas 5* - one of the largest liners in the world, was launched in 2009. “Oasis of the Seas” is a symbol of innovation and sustainable development in the cruise industry. The liner impresses with its size, a wide variety of entertainment, and open space. The promenade open-air area called “Central Park” is designed on the model of Central Park in New York and features more than 12,000 plants. Royal Promenade with numerous boutiques - Michael Kors, Starbucks, Tiffany- is nothing like a bustling shopping mall; here, an atmosphere of complete calm prevails. Proof of this is in the statistics: 30% of passengers do not leave the ship when arriving at port.
The capacity of Oasis of the Seas 5* - 5400 passengers.
Oasis of the Seas 5* impresses not only with its size, but also with its open space.
The liner has the following layout:
In the aft area there is an active leisure and sports zone, a surfing simulator FlowRider, a basketball court, a mini-golf area, a table tennis area, and a teen club. There are also a spa center and a fitness center, a deck lounge area, pools, and a solarium.
After the ship was refurbished in 2014:
• the main restaurant was divided into three zones, each with its own interior;
• passengers staying in Suite cabins received additional privileges in the form of a lounge area and terraces for sunbathing;
• 10 new apartments were added;
• the Izumi restaurant became more spacious.
If you would like to visit a show or an entertainment program, you should book seats online in advance, as the theater is not large enough to accommodate all passengers.
Accommodation:
During the cruise, tourists are offered accommodation in spacious cabins; even if you choose an inside cabin, there will be plenty of space for you. All standard cabins have two separate beds that can be converted into a double bed if desired, as well as a small living area. Interactive flat-screen TVs allow you to book a shore excursion, reserve a table in a restaurant, book a seat in the theater, and also check your onboard account.
Passengers are offered cabins with ocean views, CentralPark views, or views of the promenade area - the choice is yours.
Cruising regions: Western and Eastern Caribbean.
