MSC Meraviglia is the first of two twin liners belonging to the MERAVIGLIA class, built at the STX France shipyard. The second ship, MSC Bellissima, will be launched in 2019. In addition, by 2022 MSC Cruises plans to build two more ships of the Meraviglia class. And here, too, a more spacious MSC Yacht Club has been built-an oasis of luxury on the ship’s prestigious upper decks in the bow area, featuring its own solarium, lounge, and restaurant. On board MSC Meraviglia, an arena for Cirque Du Soleil was specially built-entering into a long-term, exclusive partnership with MSC Cruises. Two exclusive shows, SONOR and VIAGGIO, six evenings a week, captivate passengers onboard MSC Meraviglia.
MSC Meraviglia has become the largest and most innovative cruise liner built by a European cruise company. On board the 315-meter-long ship with a carrying capacity of 167 600 tons, up to 5 700 passengers can be accommodated.
MSC Meraviglia is a high-tech ship featuring a range of innovative services on board. Among the new features are “Short-range wireless connection,” as well as mobile applications and the ability to use smart devices on board. Thanks to these innovations, travelers will be able to communicate with other passengers, as well as plan their daily schedule or choose preferred activities. In addition, with the help of new technologies you can pay your bill, open your cabin, track your children’s location, find friends and facilities on board-and all of it using the cruise card or a smartphone.
And here’s another extraordinary piece of news-the ceiling of the covered promenade is designed as a huge LED screen with an area of 480 square meters. Similar to a digital sky, the screen will display various images, creating a unique atmosphere both during the day and at night.
Taking into account the wishes of its passengers, the company introduced new cabin categories on this fundamentally new ship. Thus, cabins Family and Super Family appeared on board, as well as duplex cabins.
Throughout the day, the liner offers entertainment programs-music, games, and other events, including activities for families with children. So that both children and parents find it interesting, MSC Cruises cooperates with globally known brands Lego, Chicco, and Cirque du Soleil, thereby setting new entertainment standards onboard.

The quintessence of every MSC cruise is exquisite cuisine. There is a buffet with a Swedish table system (20 hours a day) and countless various, refined restaurants. And there are also thematic corners featuring your favorite food, freshly prepared by top-class chefs.
Not long ago, MSC Cruises signed a contract to provide services with the well-known Italian restaurant chain Eataly, whose signature dishes will be worthy additions to exquisite Mediterranean and international cuisine.
