Cruises from Ternopil

Ternopil is located relatively close to Lviv, and it is exactly this proximity that simplifies the road to the cruise port for people here. MSC, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Costa, or Celestyal liners, as for the rest of Ukraine, depart not from the home city but from Barcelona, Venice, Civitavecchia, Genoa, or Piraeus, so the first step of any trip leads toward the western border. From Ternopil this trip is short: a few hours by bus or train, and you are already in Lviv, from where you can use all the advantages of a regional center, including a wider choice of connecting flights from Rzeszow or Krakow airports. In essence, travelers from Ternopil get almost the same convenience as those from Lviv, just with a small additional leg at the start of the route. This favorably distinguishes Ternopil from cities in central or eastern Ukraine, where the trip to the transport hub alone takes up most of the road.
