Cruises from Lutsk

Lutsk is located close to one of the main crossing points on the Polish border, toward Yahodyn, and this noticeably simplifies the first part of the road to a cruise. The liner, as always, waits not at home but in Barcelona, Venice, Civitavecchia, Genoa, or Piraeus, where MSC, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Costa, and Celestyal passengers fly, but the road to the border itself is easier for people here than for residents of most other regions. Buses toward Yahodyn, and then toward Lublin and Warsaw, run regularly, and it is exactly this route that a significant part of Volyn residents use when heading to Europe. From Lublin or Warsaw the usual choice of flight connections to Mediterranean ports already opens up, with the two Warsaw airports, Chopin and Modlin, offering the most connections. The main advantage of this route is that almost the entire way to the departure airport can be covered by ground transport without intermediate transfers: one bus or transfer can take you from Lutsk practically to the airport itself. This does not cancel out border queues, which happen from time to time even on busy directions, so it is always better to allow a small time buffer before departure.
