Lutsk is located close to one of the main crossing points on the Polish border, toward Yahodyn, and this noticeably simplifies the first part of the road to a cruise. The main advantage of this route is that almost the entire way to the departure airport can be covered by ground transport without intermediate transfers: one bus or transfer can take you from Lutsk practically to the airport itself. This does not cancel out border queues, which happen from time to time even on busy directions, so it is always better to allow a small time buffer before departure.
