Ivano-Frankivsk is located in Prykarpattia, in the western part of the country, and it is exactly here that the road to the cruise port splits into two realistic options. The cruise itself, of course, does not start here, but in Barcelona, Venice, Civitavecchia, Genoa, or Piraeus, where MSC, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Costa, and Celestyal liners wait for passengers. The first route option leads through Lviv: a short trip north, then the familiar path to the Polish border and airports with many flights toward the Mediterranean.
