Independence of the Seas 5* - the third Freedom-class cruise ship, launched in 2008. The cruise company RCCL invested substantial funds in the technological outfitting of this ship. Independence of the Seas 5* is a 15-deck ship 340 m long, offering its tourists a wide range of services and onboard entertainment for both active and relaxing vacations. Of the ship’s 15 decks, seven are allocated for passenger accommodation. Cabins are located on the second, third, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth decks. The total number of cabins is 1817 units of various categories and can accommodate about 3650 tourists onboard.

Interior cabins - area from 14 to 30 sq. m. These cabins are divided into two types: a cabin without a window and an interior cabin with a window overlooking the promenade.

All cabin categories feature two beds, which can be converted into one QueenSize bed if needed. There is also a small sofa for relaxing, a coffee table, a large mirror, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a refrigerator with a mini-bar (bar contents are available for an additional fee according to the price list), a plasma TV, a telephone, a safe, and a separate bathroom with a shower cabin.
